Think you have to have a fantastic kitchen in order to prepare and serve good food?  Not true!  I am out of town working and living in a hotel for the next two months.  See what happens now that I am no longer able to cook in my “House Beautiful” kitchen.  I’ll prove you can make a good home-cooked meal in even the most basic of kitchens.
