Whether you are a member of a book club or run a cooking school, Mark is always interested in sharing his knowledge of the Italian cuisine’s ease and simplicity.
Cooking Demos and Classes: Mark has cooked and led classes for private parties, book clubs, cookware shops and schools. A professional kitchen is not a requirement, so demonstrations and participation may be held in a private home as well as in the most well-equipped demo/”hands-on” class facility.
His family-style, “bring your family to the table and change a life one meal at a time” approach, paired with fresh in-season ingredients & true home recipes learned from Nonna, will entertain as well as educate.
Lectures: When a kitchen isn’t available, Mark will gladly be a guest speaker for book clubs, libraries and social organizations. Reading from his book “Beyond the Pasta,” utilizing a slide show & videos clips of Nonna with her family, plus a fun Q&A session, Mark takes his audience along with him into the very soul of Italy ~ gathering around the kitchen table!
